In other words, while you will be able to heal the humanoid races just fine. Your heals that you cast on yourself will only be half as effective. We would not recommend warforged as a race for clerics unless you are really into challenging yourself. Of the remaining races(Legend of Edda gold), humans are what we prefer. They do not get the +2 dexterity bonus that elves and halflings do, but dexterity is not that important to clerics anyway since heavy armor negates most dexterity bonuses.
The big thing that humans get is an extra feat at creation, which is very handy, as well as extra skill points at first level(Legend of Edda gold). Elves and halflings also suffer penalties to constitution and strength respectively. While those are not the primary attributes for clerics, they are somewhat important and as mentioned above, the +2 dexterity you gain as a tradeoff is not that useful to a cleric. Still, there is something to be said for being unique. Most players choose human as the race for their clerics. If you want to dare to be different and go with another race, more power to you.
