You may want to consider dual weapons(2moons dil) instead of X/S or 2h weapon. It works well in PVP (see it alot, paired with either S/S or A/S or 2h sword), and works very well in PVE. If you use the same 1h weapons as duals (meaning A/S + dual axes, or S/S + dual swords), then the stat requirements will be indentical and you can get the most out of your stat points. Duals, when using the same weapon 2x, also gives a bonus:
Swords: +3% crit rate
Axes: +5% block rate
Maces: +5% crit dmg
It's hard to level(2moons dil) up (lack of AOEs and damage), and duals work well with PVP builds to work around that. (2h weapons also account for some of that problem, so don't feel as if we are making you use duals.) is the main limitation to PVP builds.
As for builds, the typical thing to do is to add just enough str and dex to use your weapons, and the rest goes into dekaron dil. No points ever go into spr, since the only thing that'll do is increase our MP, and our skills hardly use any MP anyway. When you level up in 2Moons, you may find yourself using lower level weapons so that you can add even more points towards HP.
