We are aware that select users which used PayByCash / Ultimate Game Card payment method are experiencing delay in receiving their RPs.
We are inquiring with PBC / UGC to make sure all affected users receive their RPs as soon as possible. This issue is the result of UGC experiencing problems pushing the transactions through their payment system during these dates.
At this time these payment methods are working correctly and any new redemption should process correctly. For those still affected, we ask that you please be patient while UGC resolves the problem and issues your RPs. Your money has not been lost and you will be receiving your RPs when the transactions go through or your redemption will be released and you will be able to reuse your original Ultimate Game Card.
Although we have been notified that UGC is working to resolve this issue, we have not been given an ETA at this time.
