You really do not want to go INT bow. The bow is the weakest nuking weapon(ARGO Gold) in the game, so you are just going to have low HP and a low damage output. For a bow, go pure STR and Fire. Oh sure, Ice might freeze one or two newbies, but any PvPer worth their salt is immune to ice, so you just end up doing less damage for no real gain.
It is also a huge waste of SP to take up to level(ARGO Gold) 80 just for the imbue, because the ice buffs are pretty much useless for a pure STR. And you are taking Fire to 80 for the phy. atk/mag.
Following that guide should not be too bad we guess, but ignore autumn flame arrow and black/lightning hawk. And go with Strong Bow. Definitely. The last book has chances to stun and crit increase nothing beats taking out a level 80 nuker in one nice crit.
