Argo Online is hybrid mmorpg that mixes elements of Steampunk and Fantasy in a mmorpg and rts hybrid. Join an apocalyptic world where two races are pit against each other for control of the world. The Noblians which are a human type race who believe technology is the future and the Floresslahs which believe living with nature will be their salvation. Which side will you choose? Nature or technology, it is up to you to choose and help your side win the war.
The Positive:
First thing you will notice beyond the choice of two races is that each race has eight classes. The classes for each side do boast similar stats, but are structured differently. The fact that each race has eight classes is something to boast about all in its own. Especially being how few classes' mmos have been coming out with lately. Speaking on race and class, the character customization in the game is pretty decent. It does offer a lot of freedom to customize, even in skin, lip, ARGO Gold and even eye color and a lot of proportions, which is more than a lot of games boast, unless you play something like Perfect World.
The game does have a fairly good tutorial that starts in the beginning and seems to stem out into later levels as you progress and experience the different features. When you run into such an occasion you are greeted with a voice acted character that tells you about the feature and what you need to do. In the beginning it is about the quests and how to complete them, later on you will learn about gathering materials and crafting. The voice over is a nice touch, and not often seen in mmos, I also liked how the information is more spread out instead of condensed into a single short tutorial.
