Alaplaya just announced that their steampunk fantasy free MMO game ARGO Online has officially launched. After a successful beta phase, ARGO releases with a lot of new content, including several new dungeons (seven PvE, six PvP and nine raid dungeons), hundreds of additional quests, a RTS mode and a higher level cap of 50.
A representant of burda:ic describes Argo Online as a title that closes the gap between free-to-play MMO games and subscription-based MMO games. The game is launched simultaneously in North America and Europe and features five different languages(ARGO Online Gold).
Survivors of World War IV, a perilous and destructive conflict that brought the Earth to its knees(ARGO Gold), banded together and learned to survive in the harsh conditions that covered the planet. Over time, these inhabitants divided into two groups, the tech-savvy Noblian and the nature-loving Floresslah, each advocating their own method to reclaim the Earth. Divided by their differences, Noblian and Floresslah have now separated completely, each looking to control the planet’s ultimate resource: Earthdium. Only time will decide which side will prevail.
