TGS 2010 is being held in Tokyo but you aren't able to find some hot titles there, Guild Wars 2, for example. Guild Wars 2 isn't in Tokyo but it will be in New York next month for Comic Con 2010. Just like Gamescom and PAX Prime, Guild Wars 2 demo will be available for attendees in Comic Con. The demo will be offered at the fan party on October 8th. More events like the panel discussions will be exciting, too.
