1. Your target maybe has been killed by other player !
2. you are silght lag than others, and the game delayed registering your actions .
3.You were in the middle of casting when a mob hit you. It doesn't matter if you wait until the mob is between attacks to start casting, if you are channelling bar still hasn't filled up, there's a chance you can be interrupted.
4. For some reasons , you are easier to get interrupted at low levels ( Perfect World Gold Powerleveling ) than high levels .
