DDO Platinum intruction

Dungeons and Dragons Online is the currency in Dungeons and Dragons Online.

The game sets in the world of Eberron and centers around character advancement and challenging dungeon combats. Players choose and develop a character based on some of the D&D races. They can socialize, group together for future quests and battle in the world of DDO.

Role playing in a fantasy world is what the pen and paper game Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) is all about. Dungeons & Dragons Online (DDO) is loosely based on D&D, and was published in 2006 by Atari.

Xen'drik, an imaginary continent, in a world known as Eberron, is the setting for DDO. Characters are created based on the D&D 3.5 revised edition rule set. The game can be played in two different environments - outdoors and indoors, and in a number of dungeons. Although DDO is based on the 3.5 rule version of D&D, there are many variations between the two games due to the differences between the tabletop and computer game media. When DDO was first developed by Turbine, it was designed to be a real time combat game whereas D&D was a turn based combat game. This led to a large number of revisions in the original character skills, combats and scenario's which did not integrate well from one medium to another.

There are many ways to earn money. It can be gained through the sale of items or found on dungeon runs and most quests have monetary reward when finished. In DDO, there is no need for camping to farm loots from respawned mobs as kills are only required by the party. Loot is generated and divided up automatically whenever you open a treasure chest.it'sPlatinum is used to buy gears and skill points to become more powerful. However, in DDO there is a restriction to the items you may use, if you are low level you cannot wear certain items. Buying virtual currency by Real Money Trading is against Turbine's policy but often players are willing to do that especially when they have limited time and want to level up faster.
