Dofus annouced its plan to Japan at TGS. Will this game make a success in Japan where most players choose video game instead of MMORPGs.
Dofus is a Flash based on-line game developed and published by Ankama Games, a renowned French computer game manufacturer. The style of in-game screen, which has been confirmed by its official, would remind gamers of the Japanese Cartoon. And three characters were designed to meet players' satisfaction, which include warrior, enchanter and assassinator.
Since its official release in September 2004, DOFUS has experienced exponential growth. Now available in 7 languages including French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Italian, and the Japanese version is scheduled for release in 2010.
